Sessions are available both online and in-person. We begin our cooperation with a free 15-min initial online-consultation to understand your situation, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether we are good fit for each other. From there, we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

After we have decided upon continuing our cooperation, session usually goes this way:
