This course is built on Pamela Levin's developmental model — "Cycles of Power" — enriched by Richard Erskine's approach and modern emotional regulation theory.

We tend to explain our feeling of being "stuck" as a weakness of character or a lack of motivation. But often something else is at play: an unfinished developmental process that never had the right conditions or support. It is simply waiting for its time.

The course helps you see exactly where your movement is interrupted — and how to gently restore it.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It's about seeing where you once lacked support — and giving it to yourself now.
