When you observe rather than judge, your inner world becomes clearer and easier to navigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to understand yourself<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Understanding yourself is not a single moment of revelation \u2014 it\u2019s an ongoing process. It involves noticing what you feel, recognising what you need, and learning how your inner world actually functions. Many people try to \u201cfigure themselves out\u201d through thinking and overanalysis, but true self-understanding grows from curiosity, gentle observation, and the willingness to look beneath the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start with your emotional landscape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotions often appear before thoughts, carrying valuable information about what matters to you.
