But anxiety is not a failure of willpower. It\u2019s a natural reaction of the nervous system, which sometimes becomes overly sensitive or responds to signals the mind doesn\u2019t fully recognise. The aim is not to erase anxiety entirely, but to understand it, regulate it, and prevent it from dominating your daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anxiety isn\u2019t always about future worries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although anxiety often shows up as fear about what might happen, it isn\u2019t always triggered by future-oriented thoughts.
